Substation design

At the first stage we develop detailed design documentation. It covers load calculations, equipment selection, site layout and coordination with the grid operator. Every project is prepared in line with the requirements of the local energy authorities to avoid delays at connection.

Site preparation

Before installation begins, the site is prepared: clearing, grading and temporary access roads. This approach speeds up every stage of transformer substation construction and improves the overall efficiency of the works.

Earthing systems and underground utilities

We install protective earthing systems and lay all the required underground utilities. These works are carried out in accordance with electrical safety standards and technical regulations.

Foundations with cable channels

Foundations with built-in cable channels are erected to mount the substation equipment. This ensures ease of maintenance and a durable structure. Foundations are designed for the equipment loads and the climatic conditions of operation.

Cable routing

Our company lays power and control cables both inside the facility and between external networks. Only certified materials suitable for the operating conditions are used. We apply modern installation techniques, including trenchless laying and cable-tray systems, which increase the speed and quality of the works. All routes are designed with future maintenance and grid expansion in mind.

Equipment manufacturing and supply

Electrical equipment is manufactured at our own production facilities. We supply:

• packaged transformer substations,
• switchgear,
• relay protection cabinets,
• automatic transfer switch (ATS) units.

Installation of power equipment and transformers

Our qualified specialists install every element of the substation: transformers, MV switchgear cubicles, busways, and relay protection and automation systems. The works are performed in accordance with the design documentation and electrical safety standards. We use modern lifting equipment and tools, ensuring installation accuracy and high speed. Every installation stage is supervised by power engineers to guarantee compliance with operating requirements.

High-voltage testing and commissioning

Once construction of the substation is complete, high-voltage testing and commissioning are carried out. These verify equipment performance and the substation’s readiness for operation. The results are documented in test reports handed over to the client.
