KTPn
Outdoor-installation packaged transformer substations (KTPn) of the dead-end type, with a rating of up to 250 kVA for a voltage of 6 (10) kV, are intended for receiving, converting and distributing electrical energy of three-phase alternating current at a frequency of 50 Hz at a rated voltage of 6 (10)/0.4 kV.
The field of application of the KTPn is the power supply systems of urban, industrial and agricultural facilities, as well as construction sites and other economic facilities in regions with a temperate climate.
KTPn are supplied fully assembled in a housing made of galvanised steel sheet with a built-in power transformer and high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) panels. On a separate order, a metering cabinet and a street-lighting panel are installed in the KTPn.
The KTPn is a riveted frame structure made of galvanised steel sheets.
The substation is divided into three compartments:
- the HV compartment (switchgear 6(10) kV);
- the power transformer compartment;
- the LV compartment (switchgear 0.4 kV).
The HV-side input/output is overhead or cable.
The LV-side outputs are cable.
The KTPn can be manufactured with the switching devices arranged on a frame in the low-voltage switchgear compartment, which saves substation footprint.
The KTPn is mounted on a foundation.
Climatic version U1 per GOST 15150-69.
KTPn comply with DSTU 3399-96.
