Street lighting control cabinets I-710 (UNO)
Purpose of I-710 cabinets:
Outdoor street lighting control cabinets (hereinafter I-710) of one-side service are designed for local, manual, automatic or remote (from a dispatch point) control of lighting networks and installations of industrial buildings, structures and territories with any light source at a voltage of 380/220 V alternating current, as well as for metering and distribution of electric energy, protection of lines against overloads and short circuits, and infrequent operational switching on and off (no more than 6 times per hour) of electrical circuits.
I-710 cabinets are designed for installation outdoors or indoors. When installed outdoors, the I-710 cabinet is additionally equipped with a protective canopy. I-710 cabinets must be mounted on a brick or other foundation 150…300 mm high or on a metal stand made to order. It is also possible to attach the cabinet to a reinforced-concrete SV-type pole.
Which I-710 cabinets we manufacture:
The Sh-710 cabinet is an assembled structure made of galvanised press-bent perforated profiles with switching and protective devices, electrical measuring instruments and control devices installed on them. The external doors of the panel, made of galvanised metal, can optionally be painted with powder paint to a RAL number agreed with the Customer. When the external doors of the cabinet are opened (for its inspection and maintenance) at night, the internal lighting of the cabinet is switched on.
The input device and the meter are placed in an enclosed internal box that locks and can be sealed. The PETG glass installed on the door of the box allows meter readings to be taken without opening the door.
The main switching device has a visible break in the switched-off state.
The cabinet operating mode can be controlled manually, by program, and remotely via a GSM channel.
The cabinet is assembled according to a standard diagram, which is specified by the Customer for each individual project (rated current, earthing system, number of lines in each group, etc.)
The cabinet is galvanised and does not require annual painting; the warranty period for the metal structure is 10 years
Overall dimensions of I-710 cabinets (HxWxD, mm): 1600x1200x400 (with group contactors of the KT or KM type) 1600x800x400 (with group contactors of the KM type)
I-710 cabinets are manufactured according to TU U 27.1-40132794-003:2016 and comply with the following regulatory documents: GOST 15150-69; GOST 22789 (IEC 439-1); DSTU IEC 60439-1-2007; DSTU EN 60529:2018.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The I-710 cabinet (or Outdoor Lighting Unit) is designed for automatic, manual or remote control of street lighting. It switches the lamps on in the evening and off in the morning, and also protects the lines against overloads and short circuits.
We offer several configuration options depending on your needs: 1. Photocell (light sensor): Switches the light on when it gets dark outside. The simplest option. 2. Daily timer: Switches the light on strictly at a set time (for example, from 20:00 to 06:00). 3. Astronomical timer: A "smart" device that knows the sunrise and sunset times in your area for each day of the year and automatically adjusts the switching schedule without human involvement.
This is an energy-saving feature. The cabinet circuit allows the lamps to be divided into two groups. The "evening" group operates continuously during the dark hours, while the "night" group is switched off in the dead of night (for example, from 00:00 to 05:00), when traffic on the streets is minimal. This allows up to 30-40% of electricity to be saved.
