PSN-1100
The PSN-1100 series AC auxiliary power panels are designed for the input and distribution of AC electrical energy at 50 Hz and 380 V from an auxiliary power transformer rated up to 1000 kVA.
The panels are used to assemble auxiliary power switchboards at power plants, substations and power facilities with voltage up to 750 kV.
The PSN-1100 panels are classified by purpose into:
- incoming;
- sectional;
- distribution.
Climatic design – UHL4 per GOST 15150.
The PSN-1100 panels comply with the requirements of TU U 27.1-40132794-003:2016.
By design, the PSN-1100 panels are open frame-type panels with two-side servicing. The doors are hinged on both the front and rear sides of the panel. Side walls are installed only at the ends of the switchboard.
Switching and protective equipment is installed inside the panel on rails, while measuring instruments, control and signalling devices are mounted on the front doors.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The ПСН-1100 (ПСН — substation auxiliary-needs panel) is a 0.4 kV low-voltage distribution panel that supplies the substation’s auxiliary (station-service) loads: control and operating circuits, lighting, heating of cabinets and drives, ventilation, battery chargers, and other auxiliary equipment.
The panel is fed from auxiliary-needs transformers. For continuity it has two incoming feeders — main and backup — with an automatic transfer switch (ATS): if the main supply fails, the load is automatically transferred to the backup feeder.
Typical loads include lighting and heating of switchgear and rooms, circuit-breaker and disconnector drives, control, signalling and communication circuits, battery chargers, and ventilation. The layout, number of outgoing feeders, circuit-breaker ratings and ATS scheme are selected for your substation’s single-line diagram — we manufacture to the customer’s specification.
